SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping is through USPS and average shipping time is between 5-7 business days for First class. You do have the option to USPS Priory and expedited shipping at checkout for additional cost. Free shipping promotions include First class shipping only.
The shipping cost for USPS First class w/o insurance includes shipping and handling fee.
Purchases of - $1.00 to $20.00 shipping is $3.99,
- $20.00-$30.00shipping is $5.99,
- $30-$40 Shipping is $8.99
- $40- $74 Shipping is $9.99
- $75.00 or more shipping is FREE ( not valid during promotions).
- FREE shipping is not applicable with any other store promotional. for example if the store has a sitewide sale for 25% off total cart and your cart total is $75 or more with the 25% off- free shipping will NOT be applicable at that time.
Returns/ Consumer expectations
There is a 15 day return/exchange policy. You must contact us within 15 days of order date for an exchange or return via email. However, NO REFUND(S)/ EXCHANGE(S) on earrings for sanitation purposes, personalized jewelry, Pre-Order Items. There is no refund on items that are damaged during transport via shipping US PS. Please pay additional to insure your packages and if there is damage to the items you can file a insurance claim with USPS.
Return shipping cost is NOT included in the refund... IE the customer is responsible for the cost to return the item. NO REFUNDS ON LOST, STOLEN PACKAGES, and PACKAGES shipped to wrong address due to typing error at checkout . Please double check your mailing information prior to completing your order.
Also, if your item shipped for free due to purchasing $50 or more the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Lastly, Bijoux Box has the right to decline refund request based on rationale and once the tracking number has been provided to the consumer it is the consumer's responsibility to track package. If package is being held or mis-routed it is the consumer's responsibility to contact USPS to retrieve package. It is the consumer's responsibility to know the purchasing and return policies prior to making a purchase with Bijoux Box. As always, we will do what with can within reason to satisfy our customers.
