Important Customer Information

-Any purchases made Monday- Friday will ship within 24- 72 business hours of order.

 
-Any purchases made on Sat-Sun will be shipped the following Monday. 


-Any refund/ exchange request MUST BE within 7 days of purchase date if not- no refund or exchange will be granted at no exception.


-There’s no refunds or exchanges on earrings, jewelry sets, or items damaged during transport by USPS. Please insure your package so that if your item is damaged you can file a insurance claim with USPS.


-Pick-up and delivery is no longer available to DFW customers and shipping is required on all orders.

- If you have a issue with your order please be sure to contact us respectfully. At Bijoux Box we believe in customer service and giving respect to our customers. In return, we expect respect and no disrespect will be tolerated. In the case the customer is disrespectful we have the right to cancel your order and request that you no longer shop with Bijoux Box.  

- Store promotions can NOT be combine with other store promotions. You may use ONE promotion per order.

- Store promotions include rewards program points, free shipping, and any sale.
